Hi! I’m Chris.
Therapy isn’t the answer to your problem, it’s a tool to help you find the answer.
My job as your therapist is to empathize, educate and challenge you, helping you build insight that empowers you to find the answer on your own.
I specialize in working with queer adults, college students, men, and romantic partners. I can help with a range of concerns, including depression, anxiety, trauma, bipolar disorder, ADHD, autism, gender and sexual identity, and relationship problems.
As a gay man, I strive to offer an affirming space to people of all genders, sexualities and relationship styles. My approach is person-centered, meaning that I let you set the agenda as I listen and weave in interventions from modalities like Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapy, and the Gottman method.
I have in-person openings for adults (18+) and romantic partners in Pittsburgh’s Oakland neighborhood and virtually across PA. Reach out today to schedule a free, 15-minute consultation.
